Terms of Service

TələbəHub · July 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of the TələbəHub platform (the app and related services). By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms.

1. Service description

TələbəHub is a platform connecting students for gigs, events, and the peer space (Chill Zone). TələbəHub is not a party to agreements made between users.

2. General liability and accuracy of information

By using TələbəHub, you acknowledge that all information you provide (including your name, university, birthdate, and any uploaded documents) is accurate and belongs to you. TələbəHub relies on this information in good faith and is not responsible for losses, disputes, or harm arising from inaccurate or false information provided by any user.

3. Age & identity verification

By creating a TələbəHub account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and a genuine student. To verify this, you will be asked to upload a photo of your student ID.

You confirm that all information and documents you provide, including your student ID, are genuine, accurate, and belong to you. You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your age, identity, or student status.

If you provide false information:

Your ID photo is reviewed by our team solely to confirm your age and student status. Once reviewed (approved or rejected), the image is permanently deleted from our systems — we retain only a yes/no verification status and the date of verification, never the image or personal details shown on it. If rejected, you will be told why and may submit a new document.

4. Payments and escrow

In the Gigs module, payment is held by the platform (escrow) when an agreement is confirmed and released to the provider on completion. A 7% platform commission is deducted from the provider's payout on each completed agreement; the client pays exactly the agreed price. If a dispute is opened, the payment is frozen and resolved by the moderation team.

5. Chill Zone — peer space

Chill Zone is a space for students to connect and support each other casually. This is not professional help — it is peer-to-peer support, not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or crisis intervention. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact emergency services or a professional crisis line immediately, not this app.

When posting, you may appear as "Anonymous Student" or under your real profile — this affects what other users see, not what our safety team can see: admins can always identify the real account behind any post for safety purposes, never shared with other users, only accessed to investigate a safety concern or report.

You agree not to post abusive, harassing, illegal content, or content encouraging harm to yourself or others. All posts can be reported and reviewed. Chill Zone currently supports public group discussions only — not private one-to-one messages.

6. Content and moderation

User-posted content (requests, events, posts, messages) can be reported and is reviewed by the moderation team. Violating content may be hidden or removed, and accounts may be restricted or terminated. A human always makes the final call.

7. General responsibility

TələbəHub provides a platform connecting students for gigs, events, and peer support. We do not employ, supervise, or guarantee the conduct of any user. You interact with other users, complete gigs, attend events, and participate in the Chill Zone at your own discretion and risk.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
